Can Ring.com send you your own videos in better quality

hello, I was wondering if anyone has got experience with contacting Ring.com to get a better quality of stored videos. Someone decided to come into our garden the other day at night and steel my kids scooters. I've captured the person on our door ringbell but this image isn't clear. Im sure I've heard of being able to contact Ring for them to spend a sharper image but I don't know if this is still hearsay. Anyone experienced this, Thank you in advance.
