Hello [@Mikemike](https://community.ring.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/96155) ,For the Ring Video Doorbell Pro, according to the online Ring Support website:- 16-24 VAC 30VA (40VA max) and 50/60Hz (DC, halogen, and garden-lighting transformers not compatible). Here is the Ring Support link:[https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004668746-Ring-Video-Doorbells-Product-Comparison](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004668746-Ring-Video-Doorbells-Product-Comparison)You have the minimum 16 VAC (Voltage AC, **V** oltage **A** lternating **C** urrent), but you only have half the 30VA, the volt-amp ( **watts** ) rating of the transformer. It should be equal to or greater than the wattage requirement. Sounds like you might have to upgrade your transformer.I hope you find this information useful. :)
