  Hi @DesJ. The model of your device can be found on the back of the device. There will be a description along with the MAC address and the serial number. Our Solar Panel options can be found here. Let me know if you have anymore questions.

  no it is not. s/n & Mac number are stickers on packaging. only thing on back of device are wire terminals

  Hi @user_75430b. If you've had your Ring Doorbell for a long time, t's possible the label with the device name and other details like the serial number has worn off. If your device is already set up, you can also locate the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app.

  I have the same issue as the other user -- there is NO DEVICE NAME on the label.  No, it didn't wear off. It's insulting to suggest something so silly. Proof in the photo. Which device do I have?  .

  Hi @user_692030. In the photo you shared, we're unable to see the top of the label. The device name would be higher up on the label, though I understand it's a little difficult to see since it is inside the battery hatch. I can tell that you have a Stick Up Cam based on the shape of the camera, and it's likely either a Stick Up Cam 2nd or 3rd Gen. If you have the device set up on your Ring account, you can see the device name on the Device Health page.
