Camera went OFF LINE but no notification sent to me by application?

I'm sure I should get some kind of notification but I don't find the right settings to do so I guess. I do get notifications when battery low, but Offline is just as important. I have seen older posts reporting the same shortcoming.. Help!

I just talked to customer 'support' (joke!), even though its been a known highly requested function they have not  bothered to add it. Said they are 'working on it' with no date set. LAME!
