Is there a way to turn OFF the Bird’s Eye Zones feature? I never turned this feature on, nor have I configured it... but the Ring app says “Currently, your camera is watching your Bird’s Eye Zones for Motion.” If I click on the Custom Range link, there is a SET UP FEATURE button, which implies the feature has not been set up. I don’t want to configure this feature, I just want to turn it off. (I suspect it may be the cause of one or more of the Motion Zone problems I have been experiencing.)

On the camera you are concerned about, click on it, click on Motion settings, click on Bird's Eye Zones, toggle Use Bird's Eye Zones off. Should it ask to set it up, just do a quick setup and then turn it off. Only way I have found to do it so far.
