Ring Video Doorbell
Battery power pack
I have just fitted a ring power pack and wired it to my ring doorbell plus. It doesn’t seem to be charging as my battery power over the 24 hours since I fouled it has remained at 90%. Any suggestions or advise would be appreciated please.

If your Doorbell Plus is not taking a trickle charge from your Plug-In Adapter, try the following steps: - [Reboot your Doorbell using the Ring app.](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera) - Check the wires going to the Doorbell to make sure they have not come loose. - If possible, try plugging the adapter into a different outlet to see if it makes a difference.
