APP ON SAMSUNG S10e

For some reason when I get a notification from the Ring DB, I cannot immediately view the video feed to see who is at the door. But on my wife's apple devices she can see the video immediately. I found a post on here before that said to uninstall/reinstall but I can't find the post again. That didn't work though and still have the same problem.I also had trouble setting up the device initially from my S10e so I had to use a rotten apple to get it set up.Any other suggestions?
