App notifications not working for ring doorbell

My app is not doing notifications, although my ring camera doorbell is detecting and recording movement, and the doorbell itself does make a sound. Here are some of the methods I've already tried. deleting & reinstalling the app powering off and on my phone disconnecting and reconnecting to wi-fi checking for phone & app updates restarting ring doorbell checking notification settings on phone making sure alerts/detection were turned on in app calling customer support to see if they can help me I may have taken some other steps, but that's all I can remember off the top of my head. If it matters, I am using and iPhone 13 pro max. I am at my whit's end. Does anyone have any other ideas? At this point my only other option seems to be to go with a different camera doorbell.
