App Notification Tones

I recently charged the battery for my Ring Doorbell Pre for the first time. Since then I cannot change the App Notification Tones for when someone presses the button outside. I managed to do this simply enough before Christmas but I have had enough of the elves singing away on my Amazon Echo and Echo Show! I go into setting and have selected antique ding dong but I still get those elves! Please help...
