Amazon Refurbished Ring Wired Doorbell

I just received an Amazon refurbished Ring doorbell, and the device itself is missing the sticker on the side which would have the QR and PIN code. It came with a "Quick Start" paper with a QR code but that was missing a PIN code. Without the PIN code, the app will not let me proceed with the configuration. Can ring support provide me with a PIN code?
