Alerts Snooze not working

Hi…seen lots of posts about this issue but they are all CLOSED!!! My Ring Doorbell is not working properly. When I choose “Alerts Snooze” and select a time, 30min, 2 hours, whatever, it does NOT work. I immediately get notifications. My iOS is the latest, App is up to date and so on. WHY? RING can you please tell us what’s going on? This was a feature I as excited about and it does not work.

Hi @RussL. Which type of notifications are you receiving after utilizing Motion Snooze? Motion Snooze will temporarily silence motion alerts from the selected device for the selected duration of time. This will not silence other types of notifications, such as Neighbors alerts. Feel free to share some screenshots demonstrating what you have your Motion Snooze set as, and what type of notification you’re receiving.
