Address prefill incorrect

Hi, Just bought a ring doorbell and trying to set up on app but when I type in my address it is prefilling it and isn’t correct! It’s putting the wrong county, when I go to confirm it says edit option so press that and choose to enter address manually but it still edits it back to the incorrect prefill one when I go to confirm it! Very frustrating, it will not allow me to change to correct address 🤦‍♀️😫
