ACCOUNT SIGN UP

When I enter my home address and press done it comes up with a Washington DC ADDRESS. I do not confirm this address. I live in California. Does anyone know why it keeps doing that?

    Hi @Ki2! Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. Then during the location confirmation step, please ensure to type out your location and wait for the proper location to generate as a selection from the drop down. If this does not occur, enter the entire location information, including zip code. I hope this helps!
