2nd Ring doorbell that has stop working
second ring doorbell 2 to do the same thing, but my batteries are charged but on the app it said battery is dead and it's off line. My batteries work in my son's doorbell 2. I can't afford to buy another. My son's doorbell 2 works great. Help

Hey @Buhlcountrygirl! If your device is not operating with a fully charged battery inserted, please try a reset on the Video Doorbell 2. This can be accomplished by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. You should see the front LED lights flashing upon a successful reset. Once completed, perform a new setup in the app. If this does not result in your device connecting or responding to button pushes, please reach out to our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Get-in-Touch) for more in-depth troubleshooting.
