Hi. I have a 2nd gen doorbell linked to my mobile. Alerts and when someone pushes the bell are sent to my phone. However, I have to restart my phone every day as the notifications stop. What am I doing wrong? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A42 5g.

    Hi @sandy1974. It's likely a setting within Android specifically if it's happening every day. Also, make sure that the Ring app has permission to send notifications. This can be enabled in your phone's settings.
