2 devices at one location, but Ring acts like they’re at different locations

I set up 2 devices , at one location, about a month or so ago. Ring acts like they’re at 2 separate locations, and wants me to purchase 2 plans, instead of one. I must not have set them up correctly. I need to know how to fix this, so I can get the protection plan that covers all devices at one location.

Hi @user77760. If you have set up your Ring devices in separate locations by accident, you can change the location of a device in the Ring app without having to do another setup. To do so, follow these steps: Open the Ring app Choose the menu button (three lines in the upper left corner). Select Devices and pick your Ring device Tap Device Settings Tap on General Settings Select Location Select the desired location you want to change it to, and tap Save I hope this helps.
