You can now access [Live View ](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/208144516-Using-Live-View)from your [Ring.com ](http://ring.com/)account through your supported web browser. Depending on what device you have, this feature update allows you to use two-way talk, enable sound, activate your siren, or turn on the lights. Your Alexa/Echo features will remain functional without a Ring Protect Plan subscription.Once again, we do appreciate your feedback on the discontinuation of the Ring Desktop app and we will be sharing it with our team. LIVE VIEW as of TODAY, Sept. 10th 2021, still DOES NOT WORK with your new way of accessing RING cams. I have high speed internet -1 gig up/ down . I was forced to download Chrome ( I usually only use Firefox) to my PC Windows 10 app to try and view LIVE view and it STILL does not work even with Chr

Using Chrome Dashboard on my PC, (I do not have a mic on it). I check Chrome Settings as best I could and only found this: Default behavior Sites automatically follow this setting when you visit them Sites can ask to use your microphone It is defaulted to allow microphone on When I go to Ring
