Which model do I have ?
troubleshooting
It doesn’t say on the device or on the box which model I have.It has stopped working and I have fully recharged the battery and it is still unresponsive.Please help.Thanks

Hi @user_4964eb. You can find the model device you have in the Ring app, under the Device Health menu. The name is also on the back of the device, depending on the device type.
