 My stick cam is static when people talking an now I have this message. My cam is always plugged an my cam doesn't have a battery

Hi @edaragon. What does your Stick-Up Cam show as a power source in the Device Health section of the app? You can try resetting the camera and reconnecting it to wifi to see if that will prompt it to reflect the correct power source. You can reset the camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. I hope this helps.
