Question

When I open my Ring app every camera shows what appears to be a live image captured at that moment, but none of these images appear in the timeline of each camera.  Are these live shots?  Are they saved anywhere?

Hi @user74505. Those are the Camera Preview tiles, they are not saved images. If you have a Ring Protect plan, you can utilize the Snapshot Capture feature to have snapshot images taken at a regular interval. These are viewable in the Event History timeline in the Ring app.
