UP arrow on mounting bracket for Stick Up Cam Pro - which direction?

After adding my new Stick Up Cam Pro to the app, the installation instructions say, for a ceiling mount, to install the mounting bracket with the "UP arrow facing the direction the camera will be pointing" but the online install instructions on the web site say to install it with the "UP arrow pointing in the opposite direction from where your camera will face."
