Stickup Camera will not enter setup more

Wired Stickup Cam was working (1mth). Lost WiFi connection. Tried to re-establish but cannot enter setup mode. I have done a hard reset but still will not work. Any ideas / advice appreciated

    Hi @Paul1959. I would attempt a power cycle and then a reset. You can do this by removing the battery, or unplug, for 3 minutes, the power back up. Allow the Camera about 30 seconds and then perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds, then release. Once this is complete, you camera should enter setup mode once you press the setup button. If you've tried this to no avail, I recommend reaching out to our support team for the next best steps.
