Stick up cam not working

Ring stick up camera not descoverable, had my camera since Christmas, used it one day and it worked fine, put it away for a couple of months. Brought it back out and my app can’t find or connect to the cam, I plug the battery in and get a constant blue light then nothing, please help. Mark.

Hi @Simtek. Try performing a reset on your camera. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. This should allow your Stick-Up Cam to enter Setup Mode.
