spotlight camera

we had this on our tree for two years and it worked great ... but then we moved out of the house to do major renovations and all power and wifi to the house was shut down for 14 months ... during that time the camera stopped working. Now we've moved back into the house and power and wifi is working but I cannot figure out what to do to get my spotlight camera to work (note it has an attached solar panel and we live in south carolina with lots of sun so sun exposure is not the issue). I have brought the camera and solar panel inside for now while I troubleshoot
