Spotlight cam one side of lights not working

The right side bank of lights on my spotlight cam is not working, is there a way to replace those?

Hey @jwall62! This should definitely not happen. Please try a power cycle on the cam by unplugging it or hitting the breaker for where it is powered, then reapplying power. If you have a battery versions, simply remove the battery and reinsert to power cycle. I didn’t realize this was a thing. My right side LEDs are not lighting up as well. Will have to call Ring tomorrow to see what is really covered with the Ring Protect plan.
