I have motion Camra connected with solar panel 7 days 8 hours of sun. But one of the battery is 11% other is 77% only motion alert is on with my drive way not street is covered. I have 3 camera like this and it seems nun is charging so one I remove dolor and connected to power adapter. I think ring Solar product is not tested and it’s not suppose to sold until it’s been proven and clear instruction video is out.

Hi @user48341. First, ensure that the Solar Panel cable is fully inserted into the back of the device. Next, perform a reset of the device. You can do this by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, you can reconnect it to WiFi. I hope this helps.
