Spotlight Cam battery issue

Spotlight Cam battery only lasts a couple of weeks. Please can someone help

I’ve having a problem. My fully charged batteries  are not not being detected by the Ring camera. Even bought a new Ring to replace the one I thought was faulty. The batteries work on other ring devices. This is super annoying. It is my spotlight. I’ve taken a screen shot where it says please added batteries but everything works.
