Hi @Chris408. With how the Ring Protect Plan works, any events that occurred during the lapse in coverage will not be saved. In addition, any previously recorded events are inaccessible since there was this lapse in coverage. Now that you have resubscribed, any events moving forward will be recorded and saved in the Ring App for you to download.
