Solar panel not charging stick up cam

I recently installed a battery powered stick up cam with a solar panel. The solar panel is in full sun. The app indicates that the panel is connected. Yet, the camera’s battery level is currently 19%. We’ve had pretty sunny weather over the last few days in Phoenix, so I’m wondering why the battery is not charging. What might prevent the battery from charging given the situation above?

Hi @user81942. How many events is your cam recording per day? What is the RSSI for your cam? These are variables to factor in when considering battery life.
