Siren will not turn off - lights will not stay on

When I activate the siren from the app, I am unable to turn it off. It rings for about 60 seconds and then shuts down itself. On the same Floodlight Cam Wired Pro, when I turn the lights on manually, they will not stay on indefinitely. I tried scheduling them to come on and stay on but they go off after about 30 seconds. I have a 2nd Floodlight Cam Wired Pro next to it pointed in a different direction that is NOT experiencing the same problem.
