Shared User Capabilities

Question

Would you please allow owners the opportunity to limit the capabilities of the shared user? I do not want the shared user to be able to delete clips like they do now. Thank you. Also, would like a recovery recently (within 24 hours) deleted videos.

Hi @user81351. Shared Users cannot delete recordings. This Help Center page will give you more information on what they can and cannot do. I recommend double-checking the Shared Users Ring app to make sure they are logged into the Shared User account and not the owner’s account by mistake. As for your suggestion, we’ve created a Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place.
