Security cam light keeps on and can't over-ride to turn off?

Sitting out and our newest security/motion cam continually turns the light on? I'll turn it off manually and it instantly turns it back on within 2 seconds? Even with motion sensing turned off and the sensitivity setting to zero, the light continues to be on, which is quite annoying when sitting outside. Other camera (same model) outside in back does not do this? I checked all settings and set them identical and the new camera keeps the light on. How do you turn this light off permanently when sitting outside?
