Ring Wired Flood Lights not working

After going thru all the setting with a Ring rep I was sent a new Flood Light Camera, had my electrician come replace it today, same issue, light comes on for instant than goes off. In the app I can try and turn on the lights, same thing either comes on for a second then off. Live view works fine, recording and motion not.
