Must be space invaders. Person walking video freezes then person disappeared 👻 all the while video still recording. We pay membership for that service ?????????

Hi @user_78be5c. Which Ring Doorbell or Security Camera do you have? What is the RSSI, a measure of wifi signal strength, listed as for this device? You can find both the device name and the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, can you please share an example of the freezing video you're experiencing?
