Hi, please could someone help me. I’ve been away from my home for several months due to domestic abuse. I’m back home now and all is safe, but as I’ve changed my phone and phone number, I have tried to set up my camera which I scanned the QR code and it’s telling me I can’t set it up as the camera belongs to someone else. It’s imperative that I get this set up for my future safety and haven’t got the funds to purchase another one. How can I set this camera up with my new email. I do have my old login details but do not have access to my old email address and phone number. Please could someone advise me on what I can do to resolve this problem quickly. Thanks I’m advance. M
