Ring Spotlight Camera no longer detecting motion
It suddenly stopped today, as of 6PM EST. No longer detects motion. Walk in front of it, wave my hand in front of it, nothing. I've reseated the batteries. I've reset the wifi and tested the speeds. It just flat out stopped working. I can live view but that doesn't help when a month ago some random \ decided to set my wife's van on fire at 230am. What's the deal?

Sorry to hear about this @wry! If motion detection is not working at all, please visit your Spotlight Cam's motion detection settings, and reconfigure the zones and sensitivity, as well as maximize the settings. If this does not improve detection, try resetting the Cam by holding down the setup button for 20 seconds. Please let us know if this works!
