My friend found a ring security camera at the thrift store for $XXXX and gave it to me. So hiw can i set it up. Im not sure if i should for a transfer or not? Is there any other way i can go abojt registering it?

    Hi @user81247. You could use the Ring app to set it up and use it. We have this Help Center page with setup guides for security cameras. If it has a previous owner, you will have to go through a Device Ownership process.
