Ring Motion detection on camera set off by everything.

I have 2 floodlight Cameras on the back of the house and 2 spotlight cameras 1 on front and 1 on side. I have the settings to pick up people sized motion in the app and cameras installed correctly (last October) I get an event from every squirell , cat , racoon, skunk ..you name it. It almost seems like that setting in the app doesnt work. It just makes the colection of event files i have to sift through enourmous. im talking 50-60 events a day are being recorded. There needs to be a better system to control what triggers the cameras motion alert because the app settings arent working from what i can see.
