Ring Floodlight goes offline every night around 11 pm

During the day my RSSI for my hardwired floodlight cam is fine. At around 11 pm EVERY night the RSSI slowly climbs until the camera goes offline for the entire night. My provider is Xfinity. I've called them numerous times and have gotten no where with them. I've also purchased a wifi extender which didn't fix the problem. The camera is basically useless. The kicker is that wifi use in the house is high during the day and that's when the camera is online. When the network slows down the camera gets kicked off. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi @oakie4444. I would try [rebooting your Camera using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-) to see if it helps. Also, reboot your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it in. You also want to make sure you connected the Camera to your wifi extender's network and not your router's network. If it is not on your extender network, go through the process of [changing the network on your Camera](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) to your extender.
