Ring floodlight failed, can't factory reset.

Hello, I have 2 floodlights that no longer work. They are Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro with Bird’s Eye View and 3D Motion Detection (2021 release).I tried resetting them by pressing the reset button for 30 seconds, but that does nothing. The floodlight has power, the 2 lamps stay on permanently.When I try to reset them (top button, 30 seconds), the lights stay on all the time. It never goes into setup mode.
