Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus - General Advice

Hi, Does anyone have experience of using 3-4 Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus lights in a shared building? I live in an old building that has been converted into 7 flats, and we are looking to have some sort of camera system to replace our "lights only" system. The Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Plus seems to fit the bill, as we have 4 existing motion lights (with power) fitted to the outside of the building. I am wondering how multiple people could have access to the shared system, and if it is practical. BTW, the building is very old and protected, so we are not allowed to add extra cameras, so my thought is that we would be OK to replace the existing lights with camera/lights.
