Ring flood light partially always stays on

Question

I have a wired ring cam flood light.  The left light partially stays lit all the time.  It’s not full brightness.  When the motion activates it both lights come on full brightness.  Then after the motion time ends the right light goes off and the left light essentially stays on but dim.  Any ideas?

Is this something your lights are doing or something you want the lights to do?

Hi @user_8b028c. That is not intended behavior. If you haven't done so already, try rebooting the Floodlight Cam using the reboot option on the Device Health page in the Ring app. The reboot should only take a few moments.
