Ring Security Cameras
Ring Camera lense failure class action?
At what point do we all get together and go after Ring for faulty lenses and making us all buy new cameras? Three of my neighbors and myself have floodlight cams that the lense adhesive has failed, glass fell off and Ring refuses to acknowledge manufacturing defects and just wants everyone to buy new cameras. The web is full of these stories, lense glass falling off and ring refusing to fix. This is absolutely not okay to make customers pay for manufacturing shortcomings. There’s a consistent established pattern of the same failures and ring refusing to make it right.

Yes they are doing the same thing Apple did with batteries and getting away with it. The camera is fine the lens is failing and they are forcing you to replace the whole camera! Scam by Ring!

Yes, I agree with you, this is ridiculous. I just got off a chat and they are willing to give 35% towards a new doorbell. They just got sued for breaching our privacy, another lawsuit will put them out of business.
