Ring Assist Plus

I purchased a spotlight camera that was advertised with ring assist + and after much back and forth with ring some months back, i was told it was added to my account. This feature offers, 3 year warranty, incident protection, vip support hotline and lifetime tool replacement. However the agent just told me its only for UK customers... Why would an add on product be offer and sold in the US if it will not be honored? Makes no sense. Even ring support (after much back and forth) stated it was added to my account. Just maddening.
