I notice that if you're having an issue with your ring security spotlight camera the first solution is to turn off power and to push the reset button. 3 of my cameras are at the top of the second story. Will ring ever change this. It's not that easy get out the ladder and climb up there just to push a button.

    Hi @Shanswld. It depends on if your Ring device is connected to your wifi network or if it's offline. If your Spotlight Cam is still connected to wifi but you're experiencing errors or performance concerns, you can [reboot it in the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-How-to-Reboot-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-from-the-Ring-App-). Of course this cannot be done if your Ring device is offline, as there's no way to communicate with it via the Ring app when it's offline. It will have to be reconnected to wifi, which does require physically accessing the Camera or Doorbell. I hope this helps clear things up. :)
