Purchased 4 set security video camers

After hardwiring installing 4 security camera one has never worked. Got electrician to check camera and told faulty. No photos, videos, lights nothing and ring is not replying to my email for replacement camera. What do I do ? It’s cost me over $459 nzd to have installed and removedWe need this camera for security can anyone help me please. Tks
