is there a protective film on the front of the ring spotlight cam plus camera. My camera is not catching any movement or actions

Hi @user_44567f. I recommend checking your Camera to make sure you have removed all packing material on it. If your Camera is still not detecting any motion, make sure you have set up your motion settings correctly. This Help Center page will guide you on where to find these settings.
