Hi @user_44567f. I recommend checking your Camera to make sure you have removed all packing material on it. If your Camera is still not detecting any motion, make sure you have set up your motion settings correctly. This Help Center page will guide you on where to find these settings. You should also try rebooting your Camera using the Ring app. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
