Internet connection good Live view good but when I playback video the picture can judder a bit but normally good it’s the audio what’s distorted Is there anything what can be done to make sound clearer

    Audio connection or quality is often related to WiFi connection variables. Check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. if the signal strength looks good, try rebooting your router by powering it down for a moment. If you are getting some audio, this is a good sign, however, you might find some helpful network related tips in our [Help Center article about ports](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205385394-The-Protocols-and-Ports-Used-by-Ring-Devices). If possible, try out another mobile device to see if audio improves.
