Outdoor Stick-up Cam - video flipped for some reason

Cam is located outside, but protected under an overhang. This Stick-up cam has been installed for several months without issue - all of a sudden the video feed is upside down? I checked the app, i restarted my cell-phone - nothing has worked. Asking here for a solution - before i grab the ladder to reboot the cam. Also, has been around 10 degF here, so not sure if weather is an issue. Thanks
