Motion notifications. I’ve tried turning phone off and on. Logging in and out of the ring app. Then going outside and standing in front of the camera view and waving. Some notifications I get but not all.

C@SJH Try checking the [Motion Frequency](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003477106-Understanding-and-Optimizing-Motion-Detection-with-Motion-Frequency) if you have a battery operated Camera. The default setting is Regularly, but you may want to change it to Frequently to better fit your preferences and to ensure you receive a notification for all motions that your Camera detects. You can also try adjusting the [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Utilizing-Motion-Zones-with-your-Ring-Devices) to make sure they cover the areas you need. If none of these suggestions are helpful, you can reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). RAFrom iPhone Settings > Notifications > Ring make sure enable notifications toggled on Make sure you are not in a Focus that would suppress notifications from Ring. #1 culprit (swipe down from top along the right side of iPhone to open control center, see if a focus shows as on) Those are the two that I can think of if enabled in Ring app and neither show notifications nor make a sound

Hi @user62231. If you are not getting notifications for motion, try the following steps: - Verify that you have [Motion Alerts](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210052646-Customizing-Notifications-for-Video-Doorbells-and-Security-Cameras) toggled on in the Ring app - Verify that you have permissions enabled for the Ring app in your phone's settings. We also have this Help Center [article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210266406-Troubleshooting-Ring-Notifications-for-Apple-iOS-Devices) with other steps you can try. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.

Hi @SJH. Can you clarify what notifications you aren't receiving? Are you seeing motions in the Event History that you aren't being notified of? You can test this out by walking in front of your Stick Up Cam to trigger a motion event and then seeing if it sends an alert to your phone.
